Understanding Institutional Racism

We will teach workshop participants about institutional racism and show them how outcomes and experiences vary for people based on their race. We will also engage them in a critical discussion of racism in schools and youth communities and ask them to think about the ways in which they can challenge racism in their own lives

The BSU will continue to be an established presence at Chief Sealth and will be even more integrated into the community and city-wide anti-racist youth movement.
